Meet Gayle Anderson. Indiana native and former Healthy Living Coordinator for the Chestnut Street Family YMCA (Louisville, KY). While working at the YMCA, she facilitated many programs and exercise classes for the Wellness Center:

Gayl has experience in corporate fitness, cardiac rehab, physical therapy, sport-specific conditioning and clinical exercise testing & prescription. She has worked with all ages and fitness levels, persons with chronic illnesses, disease risk factors, injuries and post-operative conditions. Gayl presently serves on the Board of Governors for the Jefferson County Family Health Centers and has been an invited writer for the Jefferson County Medical Society Louisville Medicine Magazine. She is currently working towards her Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification ~ American College of Sports Medicine.

- 3-time United States and 2-time World Championship Titles for Baton Twirling, Gayl served as a United States Goodwill Ambassador to South America for the International Baton Twirling Association and International Lions Club.
- She was recruited and awarded full scholarships earning her the “Feature Twirler” position at both The University of Iowa and University of Louisville. She has been a guest performer at the Rose Bowl, Peach Bowl, two Holiday Bowls, Liberty Bowl, Disneyland, Sea World, the NCAA Kick-Off Classic, three Kentucky Derbys and for the NFL.
